WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY AT EōS FITNESS
If you’re heading to EōS Fitness for the first time, there are a few simple things you can do to help your first visit go more smoothly:
1. Check Your Gym Location and Hours
Many EōS Fitness locations offer extended hours, but exact schedules vary by gym, so be sure to confirm the hours of your specific location.

2. Understand Guest Privileges
You might want to bring a friend along for your first day at EōS Fitness. Guest access depends on your membership type, with the Will Power membership including Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges. That means you can bring one guest with you each time you visit! Just make sure they check in with you at the front desk before experiencing all the perks of EōS.
If your membership doesn’t include guest privileges, you can still bring a friend by purchasing a day pass at any EōS location. If you’re unsure what your membership includes, head over to the membership page or talk to a front desk team member at your local gym.
3. Download the EōS Fitness Mobile App
One of the most helpful things you can do before your first visit is download the EōS Fitness mobile app. The app lets you check in, browse class schedules and manage your membership, all in one convenient place.
To log in, you’ll need your Membership Agreement Number from the agreement email you received when you joined EōS. After signing in, you’ll find your mobile barcode in the app for easy check-in.
HOW TO CHECK IN AT EōS FITNESS
Checking in at EōS Fitness is quick and simple, especially once you’ve set up the mobile app. Here’s what you need to do:
- Arrive at an EōS Fitness location near you.
- Open the EōS Fitness mobile app and pull up your barcode check-in screen. Pro Tip: Add your membership to your phone’s mobile wallet to make check-in even easier!
- At the entrance, scan the barcode using the gym’s scanner.
- After you scan in, you can head straight to the gym floor.

WHAT TO BRING TO EōS FITNESS ON YOUR FIRST DAY

Bringing the right items can make your first gym experience much more comfortable.
For a smooth first day at EōS Fitness, we recommend that you bring your:
- Water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Towel to wipe away sweat. Add unlimited towel service to your membership for only $10 a month for even more convenience!
- Comfortable workout attire for easy movement
- Supportive athletic shoes for the most stability and comfort.
- Gym bag to keep everything organized.
- Personal hygiene items if you’re planning a post-workout shower.
- Fitness tracker or smartphone to monitor your workouts.
- Lock to secure your belongings in the gym lockers.
PLANNING YOUR FIRST WORKOUT AT EōS FITNESS

Bringing Your Kiddos to the Gym
Some EōS locations offer the Kids’ Club, a dedicated space where your kiddos can play while you work out. Your kids will be supervised by trained staff while they enjoy games, crafts and age-appropriate fitness activities, so you can focus on your workout. If you plan to bring your child, be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
On your first visit, you’ll need to provide your child’s information at check-in, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete the initial registration. Depending on your location’s policies, you may also want to bring snacks or water if allowed.
It’s easy to add Kids Club to your membership for an extra $20 a month (or $25 for California residents)! Just sign in to myiclubonline.com, go to “Upgrade Agreement” and select “Add Child.”
