High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)® Gym Continues to One-Up its Industry-Leading Fitness Options While Expanding National Footprint in the Fourth Quarter

DALLAS — Jan. 8, 2025EōS Fitness, the national High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)® gym brand with more than 175 locations open or on the way, closed out Q4 strong, building on its array of innovative, signature fitness options reaching more exercise practitioners than ever before. Through explosive growth in existing regions, plans to expand into Georgia and meticulously curated amenities providing customized fitness programming, the company is well on its way to opening 250 gyms by 2030.

“Closing out 2024, EōS set the bar higher than ever with new locations and continuous expansion of top-tier amenities to meet the varying needs of our members,” said Richard Idgar, chief operating officer, EōS Fitness. “Announcing our plans for expansion into the greater Atlanta area is a testament to our commitment to building stronger communities and making health a habit for all through our accessible, affordable fitness options that deliver a gym experience designed with innovation at the forefront. We are eager to carry this momentum into 2025, keeping our members and team members at the center of all efforts and setting new standards for the fitness industry.”

Amplifying Value

EōS continually seeks opportunities to bring more value to its members, creating the ultimate fitness experience with options for everyone. In Q4, EōS reinvested another $5.5 million into its existing gyms to introduce new and upgraded existing amenities, elevating the overall member experience. In total, the company has invested nearly $19 million into capital projects in 2024.

Staying on the cutting edge of the latest fitness tools, EōS recently introduced Refresh at select locations, featuring a cold plunge, hot tub and infrared sauna in one convenient space for contrast therapy that renews the mind and body like a pro and allows for performance like an elite athlete. EōS also rolled out its new member perk program, Flex Deals, providing access to a variety of discounts, deals and special offers from innovative brands so members can rack up their savings in addition to their dumbbells.

The gym has exciting plans to expand its specialized programming to more locations throughout the United States. The EōS Assisted Stretch Program, which provides members with expert help to move with less pain, lower stress levels and accelerate recovery, is currently available at locations in Arizona, Texas and Utah. EōS’ newest group fitness concepts, Fitness Unchained, Mind/Body Rehab and the Booty Builder Lab—focused on strength, performance, endurance and recovery—are continuing to open at new EōS locations nationwide.

Growth Fueling Economic and Philanthropic Impact

EōS is muscling up for expansion throughout the greater Atlanta area. With plans to open over 50 locations throughout Georgia over the next ten years, EōS is set to open its first several gyms by 2027.

In Q4, EōS opened six gyms across three states and signed five new leases. Fitness enthusiasts can now tackle their health and wellness goals at the following locations:

  • 93 Via Pico Plaza, San Clemente, California
  • 31564 Grape St., Lake Elsinore, California
  • 8051 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley, California
  • 9101 E. Baseline Road, Mesa, Arizona
  • 2740 E. University Drive, Mesa, Arizona
  • 1532 W. Gray St., Houston, Texas

“We plan to open nearly 30 gyms in 2025, continuing to create mission-driven partnerships and economic stimulation,” added Idgar. “Each new location represents a $10 million investment and brings 40-60 jobs, initiatives that foster community engagement and fundraising efforts for local charities. Our physical growth goes hand in hand with the community engagement we aim for to elevate the communities we serve.”

EōS Fitness announced a three-year extension of its long-term partnership with the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) and proudly presented a check for $110,000 to the organization in Q4, a powerful show of support for inclusive and active lifestyles. The donation follows joint fundraising efforts to advance CAF’s mission to provide individuals with physical disabilities with resources to pursue active lifestyles and competitive sports. As the title sponsor of Tour de Cove, a half-day cyclethon and a highlight of the CAF Community Weekend in San Diego, EōS Fitness led companywide fundraising efforts to support the cause.

Throughout the holiday season, EōS hosted 17 blood drives across Arizona and Nevada and provided $13,364 in sponsorships and $5,239 in membership gift certificates to schools and charitable organizations nationwide. In addition, EōS held numerous community drives, including toy collections for Child Haven in Nevada (donating 5,000 toys), Arizonans for Children and Toys for Tots in Florida and Texas, and food and gift drives in Utah.
