EōS Fitness California Partner Welcome Offer

1. This promotion (the “Offer”) is available only on August 27, 2026 (the “Offer Date”) at participating EōS Fitness locations in California. All offers may be modified or withdrawn without notice, and EōS Fitness may suspend, discontinue, or change these terms at any time and for any reason.

 

2. The Offer is available only to individuals who purchase a new EōS Fitness membership in-person (in-gym) at a participating California EoS Fitness location on the Offer Date. Members must satisfy all standard EōS Fitness membership eligibility, purchase, and age requirements. The Offer is not available for online enrollments, renewals, reinstatements, or memberships purchased before or after the Offer Date. Limit one Offer per new member. Offers may not be combined.

 

3. Qualifying new members are eligible to receive promotional offers from participating EōS Fitness partners, which may include:

·       (a) Complimentary in-gym product samples from participating partners at the time of signup; and/or

·       (b) Promotional emails from EōS Fitness featuring selected partner discounts, offers, promo codes, links, or other promotional content.

 

4. In-gym samples are complimentary, available while supplies last, and are not guaranteed. Samples have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or credit. Partner participation, samples, and offers vary by location, are subject to availability, and may be subject to additional partner terms and conditions. Third-party samples and offers are provided by the partner, not EōS Fitness. All partner offers are subject to applicable terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn without notice. EōS Fitness does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any third-party offer. EōS Fitness makes no representations or warranties (express or implied) regarding any partner, product, sample, or offer, including as to availability, quality, safety, suitability, or fulfillment, and disclaims all liability arising from any third-party offer or product. Each partner offer is subject to the partner’s own terms, conditions, and expiration dates. 6. Membership is subject to your EōS Fitness Membership Agreement, including all fees (e.g., annual and monthly service fees), dues, and cancellation rights. Nothing in this Offer modifies the terms of that Agreement. The Offer has no cash value and cannot be applied against enrollment or membership fees.

 

7. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. EōS Fitness’s decisions regarding the Offer are final.
