ARENA LINEUP

 

Champ Conditioning

It’s just you, the equipment, and 9 stations of fight-inspired strength and conditioning. Each station pairs two movements, and you work through them AMRAP-style for 2.5 minutes before rotating. It’s built around the way fighters train: explosive, relentless, and purposeful. Expect dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight movements, etc., that challenge your strength, stamina, and coordination. At least 2 stations will put you on the heavy bag for pure conditioning work, and you’ll find footwork and SAQ drills woven into the circuit to sharpen your speed and agility under fatigue. The bag stations in this event focus on conditioning output. All levels welcome.

 

Main Event

Main Event combines both worlds. 7 rounds on the heavy bags followed by 7 rounds of circuit-style strength and conditioning stations. You start on the bag, building your combinations and timing, then transition to the circuit to develop the power and endurance behind every punch. Two-minute rounds throughout with 15 seconds between each. Two people per bag, two people per station. You’re always working alongside someone. If you want to throw punches like a boxer and condition like a fighter – this event is for you! All fitness levels welcome.

 

Ultimate Heavy Bag

This one is all about the bag! You and a partner share one bag for 9 rounds of 2.5 minutes each, two minutes of longer combinations to work on your skill, timing, and power, followed by a 30-second all-out burnout. One minute to recover, then you go again. Each round is designed to get progressively more challenging as the workout builds. No circuit stations, no equipment rotations, just pure bag work from start to finish. Hand wraps and gloves are required. A great event to sharpen your technique and build endurance like a true fighter. No boxing experience required.
 

WHAT TO BRING

Hand wraps are required for all classes and aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. We’ve got boxing gloves available for you to use, but feel free to bring your favorite pair if you’ve got one!
