Les Mills CEREMONY-Hyrox
Les Mills CEREMONY-Hyrox is a 45-minute, high-intensity, full-body functional circuit training class designed to improve strength, cardio, and agility. It features 8 stations focusing on, among other things, strength, cardio, and core, utilizing equipment like battle ropes, ski ergs, air bikes, and dumbbells.

BODYCOMBAT
This is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. Its a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts for superior fitness!

BODYJAM

A concentrated strength based workout inspired by Pilates, barre and power yoga which stays connected to the floor so there is minimal impact on the joints.

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.

BODYATTACK
A strength and cardio full body workout filled with athleticism and challenge. This class will take your fitness to new heights and offers non-jumping options as well so everyone can do it!

Les Mills DANCE
LES MILLS DANCE™ is a high-energy workout that will reinvent the way you move and sweat! 45-minutes, 10 stand-alone tracks, inspired by global dance genres and designed by dancers. Each class has innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired from a wide variety of dance genres.

BODYPUMP HEAVY
A weightlifting class that uses heavier weights and slower, tempo-based movements than the original BODYPUMP. Designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, combining the motivation of group fitness with traditional lifting techniques like squats, cleans, and deadlifts to build strength.

Les Mills CORE
This highly effective short workout designed to tighten your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Shoes recommended.
