Members 13-17 years old must have a legal guardian sign the Membership agreement, and can then enjoy their workouts unaccompanied. In addition to the monthly membership fee, there is a $2.99 Processing Fee (which is waived for ACH billing). Annual Membership Fee of $59.99 may apply to any membership type. Amenities and the monthly membership rates vary by gym and membership type. Discounted enrollment offers and monthly rates are valid at select locations only and may not include EōS Fitness locations that are in Presale. Month-to-month membership with a thirty-day notice required to cancel. Certain gyms start at $15.00/mo; Lux gyms start at $39.99/mo. Other restrictions may apply. If you sign up for the Unlimited VIP Guest option, all guests must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years of age or older accompanied by a legal guardian. All VIP Guests must be accompanied by their associated Member upon check in.
