FAQ
Why are we changing to Evolt 360?
We’re always looking for better ways to support your fitness goals. Evolt 360 is our latest upgrade to help you track progress more clearly and consistently. Evolt 360 uses advanced technology and a proven system designed to track changes over time. While InBody has been a great tool, Evolt 360 provides clearer insights and a more fitness‑focused experience.
What exactly is changing?
Good news, the scan process will feel very familiar! The main difference is how your data is interpreted. Evolt 360 focuses on information that’s most relevant to your fitness, training and progress in the gym, helping connect your results directly to your workouts and goals.
Is Evolt 360 accurate?
Yes! Evolt 360 is built for consistency. Like all non‑DEXA body composition tools, Evolt 360 is best used to track trends and changes between scans rather than as a one‑time diagnostic measurement.
What does Evolt 360 report on?
Evolt 360 measures over 40 data points, including:
• Lean mass and body fat
• Hydration levels
• Macronutrient target recommendations
• Muscular balance across individual limbs
Your results also include the Bio Wellness Index (BWI), a single score that reflects the balance between lean mass and fat mass while accounting for age, height and weight over time. This makes it easier to focus on overall progress instead of individual numbers.
How often should I scan?
We recommend completing a quick 60‑second scan every 4 to 6 weeks. For the most consistent results, try to scan under similar conditions each visit, such as around the same time of day.
How do I read my results?
Evolt 360 reports are designed to be easy to understand. Our personal trainers will walk through your results and connect them directly to your training and goals.
Why might my numbers shift right away?
Several factors can impact body composition scans, including:
• Hydration levels
• Time of day
• Recent meals or workouts
• Differences in calculation models
It is normal to see a shift when transitioning systems. That doesn’t mean progress was lost!
What if I’m confused by my results?
That’s what we’re here for! Evolt 360 reports are easy to explain and understand, helping our personal trainers turn scan data into clear, actionable guidance for your fitness goals.
Why do my Evolt 360 results look different than my InBody results?
Evolt 360 and InBody both use similar technology, but different calculation models and reporting styles. Because of this, numbers like body fat percentage or muscle mass may not match exactly between the two systems, even if your body hasn’t changed. Both tools are validated. They just interpret data differently.
Does that mean one scan is right and the other was wrong?
No. What matters most is tracking change over time within the same system. Comparing results between different machines can be misleading, even when both tools are accurate.
