HOW IT WORKS

We’ll start with an initial consultation to determine the best program to meet your needs, including:

 

  • Discussion of your short and long-term fitness goals

  • Assessment of your current fitness level

  • Movement assessment and posture analysis

  • Initial body composition test (if desired)

 

From there, you and your Personal Trainer will start to establish a plan for achieving your goals safely and effectively. Together, you’ll create a personalized timeline for reaching milestones. Your Personal Trainer will also provide an overview of cardio and weight equipment (if needed) and lead you through a quick one-on-one workout to get you comfortable with the process.

 

Whether you’re taking your first step into a gym or are a seasoned gymgoer, the EōS Free Personal Training Session with a Personal Trainer is a sure-fire way to jumpstart your fitness routine with a fresh perspective and understanding of what it’ll take for you to reach your fitness goals.
