Do I need to create a new app account?
Yes! New app, new login, elevated experience. Once you create your new mobile app account login, you’ll be able to link your existing membership.
Is the new EōS app active at my gym?
Our brand-new app is live at select Southern California gyms, with more locations coming soon. Check back here for the latest updates!
Will the old app stop working?
Eventually, yes, but not immediately.
• You’ll see in‑app messages in the current app letting you know when it’s time to download the new one.
• As you transfer to the new app, features like G‑Fit class schedules and booking will move fully into the new app.
How long can I use the current app during the transition?
You can expect a two-week overlap before G-Fit is removed from the old app.
What if my email on file with us is outdated? Can I still log in?
Getting into the new app is easy, even if your email needs updating, once you download the app:
• Best option: Use the email we sent you with a direct link to sync your membership
• If you don’t see an email from us with your direct link: Link your membership with a barcode lookup
• Or search using your first name, last name, email on file and birthdate
Can I have multiple memberships linked to one app account?
Yes. One app account can support multiple linked memberships.
Will this change how I check in at the gym?
Check-in processes remain the same.
Will the new app continue to change after launch?
Yes. The app is designed to evolve. Instead of waiting for one big update, new features will roll out in phases.
Can I see cinema schedules for gyms other than my home gym?
Yes. You can browse locations and view cinema schedules at gyms beyond your home location.
Can I change my home gym in the app?
You can favorite a location, which sets your default experience in the app.
What are some future features?
